About The Senior Management Team
Our Senior Managers are : Joe Imber (Founder/Owner). Colin Ivey (Director of Services) Roxanna Changizi (Registered Manager) , and Lisa Ewing (Business/Finance Manager). The Senior Management Team ensures effective systems and structure are put in place at every phase of organisational development as well as providing support and line management to the other teams. The Senior Management Team ensures the organisational direction, culture and conditions for service delivery remain robust and competitive in a challenging economic climate.
